about us

Experienced innkeepers dedicated to making your stay memorable

The owners of the Market Street Inn, Steve and Carol Stenbro,
have been in the innkeeping business since 1995. Their most notable guest was President George W. Bush on October 28, 2006!
Steve is a retired toolmaker of Ford Motor Company. His interests include bicycling, traveling, genealogy and restoring old houses. Steve is also a member of the Falls of Ohio Archaeological Society and Historic Preservation Board.
Carol has worked in collections and served numerous years as a volunteer, a past President of the Indiana Bed & Breakfast Association and presently working with the KY B&B Association.  Carol's interest in cooking and decorating, and their interest in staying in historic Bed & Breakfasts when they travel, is what led them to the innkeeping business!

Great Respite!

Market Street Inn is a lovely B&B, clean, refreshing, relaxing and well kept. The breakfast -- cooked to order -- was delicious. Hosts friendly and accommodating. Definitely will recommend and go again if we are in the area. Recommending to my friends!
